Sita's Ramayana by Samhita Arni and Moyna Chitrakar (2011)

Part B:

Trijatha tells Sita that Rama will come and rescue her. Sita continues to tell herself everyday that Rama will come. Hanuman came to save Sita while the guards were sleeping, and tells Sita that Rama is coming to save her. Rama was upset that Lakshmana had left Sita alone in the hermitage and didn't know what happened to Sita. They searched the forest for her until they find Jatayu, who tells them what happened. Sita was upset to hear that Jatayu died trying to save her. Hanuman tells Sita that Rama and Lakshmana found her trail of jewels and followed it until they were found by him. Hanuman takes the brothers to meet Sugriva, who tell them that Ravana took Sita. Sugriva offered to give Rama his army if Rama help Sugriva defeat Valin and regain his wife Tara. When Valin was killed, Tara was devastated at the loss of her husband. Sita feels guilty that Tara was widowed and Angada, Valin's son, was fatherless. She felt like she was the cause of their pain and sorrows. Hanuman gives Sita the ring Rama gave him, and leaps back to tell Rama to quickly rescue Sita. When Hanuman grew larger, he woke up demons and destroyed Ravana's garden. Trijatha later tells Sita that the demons set Hanuman's tail on fire, causing the whole city of Lanka to catch on fire. Sita could hear the demons cry as their homes went up with flames and people coughing because they couldn't breathe from the smoke. Sita continued to wait, but she began to doubt Rama. Trijatha would comfort Sita and would try to convince Ravana to free Sita, her father, Vibhishna had also tried to convince Ravana. Sita felt helpless and angry. Trijatha tells Sita that she had a dream that Rama defeats Ravana, and her dreams always come true. Vibhishna tries to convince Trijatha to leave with him, but she remained in Lanka to comfort Sita. Sita says that Rama's honor would be stained if he didn't come rescue his own wife. Sita laughs for the first time in months when she hears that Hanuman gave Rama Ravana's crown.
Hanuman finds Sita in the garden

I really like Trijatha and want to incorporate her into my storybook. Since she can dream on the future and the past, maybe she can be the one who tells Sita about her previous incarnation of Vedavati. I also thought it was interesting that Sugriva has no problem taking back his wife after she had been with another man, but this is problem for Rama and Sita in the story.
